Leather & Latex (World Morph) [Flux, Illu]

## Description
What if every surface remembered the animal it came from — or the factory that shaped it?
Leather & Latex is a world-morphing LoRA that re-skins reality in hide and polymer. It doesn’t simply texture-swap surfaces. It rethinks them — throne rooms become upholstered chambers of black leather and brass studs, automobiles melt into liquid-latex dream machines catching neon in their curves, violins emerge wrapped in tooled leather with stitched seams along the body, libraries become cathedrals of leather-bound knowledge where even the shelves are padded.
The morph operates on material logic. It understands that leather creases, that latex reflects, that stitching follows structure. A motorcycle doesn’t just get a leather coat — the tank becomes a saddlebag, the pipes become belted straps, the whole machine reimagines itself as something a master leatherworker might build if they dreamed in chrome. Castle corridors don’t merely gain leather walls — they become fetish-architectural spaces where every surface invites touch.
This is a material morph, not a style transfer. The underlying composition, lighting, and subject remain coherent while the material vocabulary shifts entirely into leather, latex, vinyl, and polished hide.
### Features
- Material morphing: surfaces re-imagined in leather, latex, vinyl, and polished hide
- Architectural transformation: interiors and exteriors rebuilt with upholstered logic — tufted walls, studded columns, stitched archways
- Object re-skinning: vehicles, instruments, furniture, and everyday objects wrapped in tooled leather or glazed latex
- Lighting response: latex catches and distorts light realistically — neon reflections, wet-look highlights, matte leather absorbing shadow
- Textural variety: tooled leather, smooth latex, distressed hide, quilted vinyl, stitched seams, brass hardware
### No Trigger Word
This is a morph LoRA — the material transformation applies automatically when the LoRA is loaded. No trigger word is needed. Simply describe your scene and the LoRA handles the rest.

### Tips
- Resolution: 1024×1024 or 1216×832 / 832×1216
- No trigger word needed — the material morph takes effect at any strength above 0.5
- 0.85 is the sweet spot — strong enough for full material transformation, controlled enough to keep subjects coherent
- Architecture responds beautifully — throne rooms, castle corridors, libraries, and interiors all produce rich leather-and-brass environments
- Vehicles are a strength — cars and motorcycles transform into stunning leather-wrapped machines with realistic reflections
- Lighting matters — candlelight and warm tones bring out leather grain; neon and wet environments make latex shine
- Combine with Ultrasharp at 0.3–0.5 for enhanced surface detail and texture definition
- Lower strengths (0.6–0.7) add subtle leather accents to existing scenes — upholstered highlights without full material takeover
- Higher strengths (0.9–1.0) transform everything including background elements into leather/latex
## Example Prompts
- A grand throne room with walls of tufted black leather, brass studs lining the columns, a massive leather throne with quilted cushions, candlelight reflecting off polished surfaces, dark atmospheric interior, cinematic lighting
- A glossy black sports car on rain-slicked city streets at night, liquid latex body panels catching neon reflections in pink and blue, chrome accents, wet pavement, photorealistic detail
- A classical violin made entirely of tooled leather, stitched seams along the body, leather-wrapped bow, warm studio lighting on a wooden stand, macro detail, artisan craftsmanship
- A medieval castle corridor with leather-paneled walls and polished latex floor tiles, suits of armor with leather-wrapped joints, brass wall sconces, atmospheric fog, gothic architecture
- A grand library with leather-bound books floor to ceiling, tufted leather reading chairs, a brass desk lamp illuminating a leather writing surface, warm amber light, cozy scholarly atmosphere
- A matte black motorcycle in the rain, leather saddlebags, tooled leather seat, rain beading on latex-finish tank, atmospheric night scene, wet reflections on asphalt
## Versions
Leather & Latex is available for Flux.1 Dev and Illustrious. Both versions produce rich leather and latex material transformations — Flux leans toward photorealistic textures while Illustrious excels at stylized anime-influenced interpretations with strong light-catching surfaces.
## Changelog
### v1 Illustrious
Illustrious release. Trained with ai-toolkit using AdamW8bit optimizer, rank 4, alpha 1, 3500 steps on Illustrious base. Material morphing produces glossy, reflective surfaces with strong anime-influenced rendering.
### v1 Flux
Initial release. Trained with Kohya pipeline using adafactor optimizer at learning rate 8e-4, rank 4, 3400 steps on Flux Dev2Pro base. Dual-resolution dataset (1024 primary, 768 secondary) with bucketing enabled.
